JFW Cabinetmakers Ltd is a leading provider of bespoke furniture solutions for various sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality and residential. We have recently completed a project for Warwick Hospital, where we manufactured and installed fitted furniture for the Macgregor Childrens ward

The project was a collaboration with E Manton Ltd, the main contractor, and The Design Buro, who created the initial design of the furniture. Our role was to develop the design to make it functional and practical for the hospital staff, as well as aesthetically pleasing and durable.

One of the challenges we faced was to incorporate a fold away bed from Hideaway Beds into the furniture unit, to maximise the space and flexibility of the room. We worked closely with Hideaway Beds to ensure that our furniture design was compatible with the bed mechanism, and we produced detailed drawings for approval by the client.

We then manufactured the furniture in our workshop, using high-quality materials and finishes, and delivered and installed it on site, within the agreed timeframe and budget. The result was a sleek and modern furniture unit that provided a comfortable and convenient sleeping area for patients and parents that require a comfortable space to spend the night. The unit also boasts ample storage space and display shelves.

We are proud of our work for Warwick Hospital, and we are currently producing another foldaway bed unit for the Maternity department, following a similar specification. We look forward to continuing our partnership with E Manton Ltd and The Design Buro on other projects, to deliver more bespoke furniture solutions for our clients.
