Dodging bullets: Getting it all done when the world keeps throwing obstacles at you.

As you wonderful people might be aware, I like to put up some of the recent projects we’ve completed into the, yep, you guessed it ‘PREVIOUS WORK’ section of the website.
I thought to myself this morning, I haven’t put one up for a while, we’ve been busy and what not, so, why is that? And I’m going to tell you:

Like I said, we are busy, a full order book and to top it off we have curved balls and challenges coming at us left right and centre, to include:  broken toes, ankles, holidays, changes in plans, client u-turns etc etc….. To be totally frank it feels like we’ve been ducking, diving, dodging bullets and all the other analogies you want to throw in, and honestly it’s been tough on the old noggin and mental health…. However, What do we have to show for it?
Because of grit, determination and relentless work we have a workshop FULL of furniture waiting to be installed into it’s various hospitals, schools and care homes.

Space is always a challenge for us, especially when we get a big job on, and at the moment we have four of them:

  1. Kinglsey Healthcare – Olney
  2. Kingsley Healthcare – Willows
  3. Ben’s Cookies – Goodge St & Chalgrove
  4. George Eliot Hospital – Ward refurbishments

These all take up man power and vital floorspace in our workshop! Thankfully however we should start to see some of the furniture start to leave us for its “forever home” in the coming weeks but rest assured that space will be filled with more quality bespoke furniture!!! I guess it’s what we do!!!!

HUGE APPRECIATION MESSAGE FOR THE TEAM: I’m very proud and extremely pleased with their efforts in dealing with the challenges and tackling them head on and not allowing themselves to be stressed or faltered by them. They are a credit to the organisation! Huge thanks!!

Have a great weekend!

Adam!
