It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post, as you may have seen our website was hacked, slightly irritating….. Oh well as you can see we have a nice new shiny one which I intend to keep adding content to for your viewing and reading pleasure!
I am delighted to share with you some updates on our ongoing project for HomeSmiths Ltd at Blind Veterans UK, a charity that supports vision-impaired ex-service men and women. HomeSmiths Ltd are an award-winning interior design company that specialises in creating beautiful and functional spaces for the care sector. They have entrusted us with the task of crafting bespoke furniture and joinery for the new Blind Veterans UK centre in Rustington near Brighton, which will offer accommodation, training and rehabilitation for blind veterans.
I am especially proud to be a part of this project as a friend of my Grandad used to attend the current centre in Brighton, George lost his site after mistreatment and poor conditions while being held as a prisoner of war by the Japanese in WW2, he used to speak fondly of his time there.
This is a large project where we have so far completed:
We are looking forward to completing the rest of the project in the next couple of weeks, which includes:
- Sports bar wall panelling, AV unit and Trophy cabinets
- Office Desking
- Therapy Room Unit
- Fireplace Bookcase.
Thank you for following our journey and supporting our business. I appreciate your feedback and comments. If you have any questions or enquiries about our services, please do not hesitate to contact us at.
Have a Great Weekend!
